The Online and Offline Stages - Standby

To make your film process as easy and fluid as possible we have incorporated an Offline/Online workflow.

Each stage includes one set of amends, so our process looks like this:

This is where we put together your film!

INTERVIEW CONTENT – We take the very best parts of an interview and remove any “errs” and “umms”.
B ROLL – We pick the best bits of extra footage and place it over the interview content to cover the cuts.
BACKING TRACK – We pick a suitable backing track and add basic fades to fit around the interview content.
PLACEHOLDER TEXT – This this text is only for reference in order to get sign-off on the copy and will be replaced in the online stage.
BASIC VOICE OVER – We’ll provide a basic voice over if your film requires it, this will also be replaced in the online stage.

Once you’re happy with the cut of your film we’ll ask for “Offline Sign Off” – after this we will have picture lock!

This is where we make your film look pretty!

ANIMATION – If your film requires graphical elements this is where we add them in.
TITLES – This is where we replace the placeholder text from the online stage with fully animated and designed titles.
CHROMA KEYING – If your film was shot against a green screen this is when we would replace it with a suitable background.
COLOUR CORRECT – We adjust the colour on every shot to ensure it all looks the same.
COLOUR GRADE – With the shots all now at the same colour we add a grade to make the colours come alive.
PROFESSIONAL VOICE OVER – We add in a professional voice over from one of our many trusted suppliers.
SOUND DESIGN – We add in the subtle noises that make your film come to life.
FULL SOUND MIX – We go through your film and adjust the levels of the music, voice over, interview and sound design.

After we action your feedback for the online stage your film is ready!

We’ll then ask for “Online Sign Off” before sending you your final film in beautiful full HD!
