Most fostering films consist of case studies based around how being a carer makes you feel. Perpetual Fostering wanted something different and asked Standby to come up with a creative concept that would make them stand out in their sector.
Standby created a bold, creative campaign that positioned Perpetual Fostering as the first place to go to become a foster carer. #WhoCares celebrates carers and forces viewers to question their own stance towards becoming a foster parent.
Standby created a powerful film that directly contrasts everything else in the sector. Shot in multiple locations over the course of a week, we brought together three separate fostering relationships through an upbeat tempo and a bold design, whilst reinforcing Perpetual Fostering’s branding.
