You might be shocked to learn that here at STANDBY we love all things movie related! This probably seems like natural fit, seeing as making movies is something we all do and contribute to on a day-to-day basis. However, after popping down to see the latest release in the cinema or catching up with reruns on Netflix, there’s something else our directors love doing post-viewing – TALKING films, sometimes endlessly!
With this in mind, the STANDBY crew decided that there was no better way to spend August than settling down on our Chesterfield couches, putting our feet up and discussing films as part of a Movie Month. Our discussion topics ranged from “guilty pleasures,” to “franchises that you wish would end” and “movies you would have to be paid to watch again,” with the responses being as eclectic, surprising and long-winded as you might expect from our team of cinephiles!
