At the end of last year we produced our second film film for Beechwood Cancer Care. Fundraising Manager Angela Gray wanted to produce a film to showcase the centre as a whole.
The shoot was incredibly emotional, as brave interviewee’s talked about the heartache of losing someone close to them. In the case of one of the interviewee’s, speaking about undergoing cancer treatment personally. Kirsty bravely spoke about her prognosis and terminal diagnosis and how Beechwood have offered an incredible amount of support to herself and her young family.
However a new immunotherapy treatment has emerged which could allow Kirsty more time with her family. Unfortunately this is not available to Kirsty through the NHS and it requires £40,000.00 raising to gain access to this treatment. It would be great if you could support the funding of Kirsty’s cancer treatment.
A crowdfunding page has been set up in order to raise money and allow Kirsty a shot at a few more years with her husband Scott and Son Finlay. To support the funding of cancer treatment visit Kirsty’s GoFundME page here.
