Study Philosophy

Standby Productions were contacted by The University of Manchester to create a suite of films to advertise courses to post graduates considering the UoM to study a range of subjects. The films needed to be eye catching and engaging whilst also delivering key messages and capturing the feel of Manchester.

Standby Productions opted for a bold and proud feel to reflect the passion and can do mentality of the city. We decided to capture the city as the sun rose, showing the city waking up to a new day to reflect the new step post graduates will be taking towards their futures.

We captured a library of stunning footage from every corner of Manchester city centre which perfectly portrayed the city as it awoke. We matched this footage with a punchy, up beat music track and eye catching motion graphics to really help deliver the messages.
