There is never a dull moment at Standby, because our working week is jam-packed! For this reason, we want to share with you what happens here on a weekly basis. So here is Take 1! – An overview of what has happened this week at Standby Productions.

This Week Shoots

It has been a busy one for the Standby social crew with six scheduled shoots for our clients. I asked Mark and Felix to share their highlights from this week.

“This week has been awesome for social content. I captured some amazing footage with our client Hobs, which had a ‘spellbound’ aesthetic and I am excited to receive the client’s feedback on the finished edit.  Plus, I have been working with our client Commit to devise new and exciting content, which went down a success on the shoot!”  (M)

“The shoots this week for me have been varied and some moments are worth noting! First, I was shooting a film for our client Diono and they asked me to model my ankles for the camera, which is a career highlight right there! I am now taking bookings for my modelling career. Also, on another shoot I filmed a talented pianist – who was only 16!  At his age all I could play was video games like Tekken 3! Nevertheless, I am super excited to see the final edits of these films”  (F)

Everything Else

Since, summer is fast approaching some of the Standby crew have took some well- deserved vacation time. Rich and Simon have just come back from Ibiza and let’s just say one is more tanned than the other! Jack is representing Standby down at Glastonbury this year and he ‘enthusiastically’ informed us that his friends made him buy a fancy dress costume for the event. So look out for a Lobster on your TV, if you are watching any Glastonbury coverage! Finally, today the crew went out for a lunch to celebrate #theboss birthday at Sugo.  A great way to end a fantastic week at Standby and we can’t wait to see what next week has in store.
